I act as a facilitator, mentor, co-creator, advisor, and guide. I see learning as a multifaceted process that thrives on variety - kinesthetic exploration, visual and auditory engagement, and hands-on experiences all play essential roles within the classroom.

I approach my students with humility, recognizing that my expertise is always evolving. I believe the primary purpose of education is to challenge oneself, to explore diverse perspectives, and to develop a mastery of skills.

This balance supports self discipline, social etiquette and problem solving skills. I center bodily awareness and encourage students to honor their own physical experiences - acknowledging that every body is unique.
